Like topic says i want to report few bugged skills:

Class: Necro/Soultaker
Skill: Anchor
Bug destription: this skill has no reuse at all, enchanted with power and spammed is causing unbalance in pvp ...

Class: Soulbreaker/Soulhound
Skill: Steal Divinity
Bug description: too fast reuse, on few servers there was about 3-5min reuse and here is about 10 sec ... in pvp after 30 sec im almost without buffs ...

Waiting for some answer from GMs.

its not about skill lol, try killing any class WITHOUT buffs ...

in gracia pt2 it was 8 min, now is 8 sec ... ye totally balanced class ... btw im playing ol and his skills are untouched since c5 so ...
