man the kamael thebuff have 99% probavility? i think yes ^^

On Retail kamael (Soul hound) have 100% chance give your buffs but you make change reuse

yes it has 100% land rate but here reuse is too fast, 8 sec is way too fast, need to change it

Rifer i think u wanted to write that "Kamael have 100% to take ur buffs" not give ur buffs. And yes it should have 100% land ratee but shouldnt have so shoort reuse.

Sincerally it would be better to make it like 1h reuse with 100% succes or people will use it to steal all buffs and that would be unfairy.
