Bugg using chars

Aiit guys this is the deal. im not stupid ive bin a GM be4 and chars Riperr and Tuddy just scream with buggs.
havent figured out what it is yet but my guessing is Substack or Multiskills. was on my tank with +25 heavy armor
and he critted me for 5k 5kkkkk PPL ye sure but 1 thing i didnt have was deflect arrow buff but wtf? 5k?
i told GM about it but what happend? NADA didnt even look it up. so now do something about it will yah?
fun for normal players to pvp bugg users/cheaters.
